Join us for a one-hour webinar featuring certified holistic health coach and speaker Jenn Smukler, founder of alive unlocked, on the topic nobody in business is talking about loudly enough, what chronic stress is actually doing to your body, your decision-making and your career longevity. Moderated by Dee Polat, ICF-PCC, Director of Alumni Engagement, Questrom School of Business.
In a professional landscape defined by constant disruption and the pressure to perform at full capacity indefinitely, the cost is showing up in ways that go beyond tired. Brain fog that makes sharp thinking feel impossible. A nervous system so locked in fight or flight that even good opportunities feel overwhelming. Running harder and producing less.
This session goes beyond mindset and hustle. Drawing on her own journey from corporate executive to certified health coach, Jenn will walk you through the science of stress regulation and the practical, immediately usable tools that help you sustain ambition without sacrificing your health to do it.
You will leave with a clear understanding of what your nervous system is trying to tell you and the small shifts that change everything.
Whether you are navigating a career transition, managing a high-demand role or simply feeling the weight of too much for too long, this conversation was built for you.
About the Speaker:
Jenn Smukler is a certified holistic health coach, speaker and founder of alive unlocked, a practice devoted to helping high-achievers reclaim their energy, identity and wellbeing before chronic stress takes the decision out of their hands.
Originally from Odessa, Ukraine, Jenn immigrated to the United States as a child and grew up on the East Coast chasing the American dream with everything she had. She found it, and then discovered what it cost. A Boston University Questrom School of Business alumna, she spent nearly two decades as a corporate executive in the hospitality and travel industry, building a career defined by relentless performance, rapid advancement and the kind of quiet depletion that looks like ambition from the outside. When her body finally demanded she stop, she retrained at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and built a practice rooted in nervous system regulation, sustainable habits and the honest conversation about what high achievement actually costs.
She now coaches and speaks to corporations, women's organizations and professional communities about the science of chronic stress and the practical tools that allow driven people to perform at their best without paying for it with their health. Her work sits at the intersection of lived experience and evidence-based wellness, and she brings both to every room she walks into.
