Join us for an engaging and practical session with communication coach Edy Garfinkiel, focused on mastering one of the most essential personal and professional skills: assertive communication. Striking the right balance between confidence and empathy can be challenging, especially in high-stakes or fast-paced work environments. This session will help you express your ideas clearly and advocate for yourself while maintaining strong, respectful relationships.
Through real-world examples and guided discussion, we'll explore what it means to be assertive (not aggressive), clear up common misconceptions, examine how tone and language shape perception, and learn how to navigate common workplace scenarios with clarity and composure.
