Stanley P. Stone Distinguished Lecture Series presents Jacqueline Patterson

Jacqueline Patterson is the Founder and Executive Director of the Chrisholm Legacy Project: A Resource Hub for Black Frontline Climate Justice Leadership. The mission of the Chrisholm Legacy Project is rooted in a Just Transition Framework, serving as a vehicle to connect Black communities on the frontlines of climate justice with the resources to actualize visions. 

Since 1989, the Stanley P. Stone Distinguished Lecture Series has brough notable, inspiring speakers to the College of General Studies (CGS). Each lecture invites the CGS and BU community to broaden their educational experience related to one of the College's academic division areas: humanities, social science, natural science, or rhetoric. 

Please join us online on Tuesday, March 21st, 5:00 PM EST for the 2023 Stanley P. Stone Lecture featuring Jaqueline Patterson for a virtual discussion on climate and social justice. 


The webinar will be conducted using the online Zoom webinar platform. Access information and additional instructions on using the Zoom platform will be provided via email upon successful registration. This webinar is open to all members of the BU community including alumni, students, faculty, and staff.
